What we collect
When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number (if given), and the message itself. We don't ask for financial account numbers, Social Security numbers, or tax documents through this website, so please don't send them through the form.

We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use this site: which pages get visited, roughly where visitors are located, and which links get clicked. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects your IP address and general device information to do this. We use it in aggregate, to decide what to write about and what to fix on the site. How we use it
We use the information you submit only to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to provide accounting, tax, and advisory services. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Where it's stored
Form submissions are processed through Netlify, our website hosting provider, and delivered to our firm email. This website itself is hosted on Netlify's servers. Analytics data is processed and stored by Google.
Client engagements
If you become a client, any documents, financial information, or other records you share with us as part of an engagement are governed by the confidentiality standards that apply to CPA firms, not by this website policy. We don't use anything submitted through this site, or shared during an engagement, for any purpose beyond serving you.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete information you've submitted through this website at any time by emailing us at the address below. We'll honor that request unless we're required to retain records for legal, tax, or professional-standards reasons.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and revise the date above.
